Daikin Comfora in a warm office
Matthew was fed up of struggling in the summer months in his office which features a large porch area that was south facing and simply trapped heat.

Offices
Office air conditioning
Wall units, ceiling cassettes and multi-splits for offices, studios and meeting rooms — quiet enough to take a call under, and warm in winter off the same kit.
Retail
Shops & retail units
Comfortable customers stay longer. Units sized for a shop floor with the door open, and fitted before you open or after you close.
Hospitality
Cafés, restaurants & pubs
Kitchens, ovens and full rooms make a lot of heat. We size for the busiest Saturday, not an empty Tuesday.
Health & beauty

IT
Server & comms rooms
Equipment that runs hot needs cooling that runs all year. Dedicated units sized to the heat load, with servicing on a schedule.
Property
Landlords & multiple sites
Letting agents, landlords and businesses with a couple of sites can keep every unit on a single maintenance plan.
Ossett businesses
Commercial air con on our own doorstep.
A lot of our commercial work is in Ossett itself: salons and barbers around Station Road and the Market Place, offices and studios on Sandbeds and Flushdyke, and the cafés, takeaways and treatment rooms on the Green. Most of those are small premises with one or two hot rooms, which is exactly the size of job we are set up for.
We size every commercial system on the heat the room actually makes — people, dryers, ovens, computers — rather than its floor area, fit it around your trading hours, and keep it on a maintenance plan with the F-Gas records looked after. Being five minutes away also makes us easy to get hold of if something goes wrong in the middle of a working day.

Matthew Harrison
September 2026
“Had Yorkshire Cool Ltd install air conditioning in our home office in Ossett last month. The team turned up on time, explained the whole process before starting, and had everything fitted and running within a day. They were tidy, answered all our questions, and the unit works brilliantly — no more sweltering through summer!…”
